To make a booking you must first be in possession of your serial numbered Tesco Deal Tokens
We regret it is not possible to hold a boat without first taking the serial numbers from your Tesco Deal Tokens or to hold a boat using any other form of deposit payment if you intend paying for any part of your holiday with Tesco Deal Tokens.

Tokens can only be redeemed with the following companies: Alvechurch, Viking Afloat, Wessex Narrowboats, Red Line Boats and Countrywide Cruisers. You can check availability online by Company to ensure that the boat you want is available with Tesco Deals Tokens.
When you make your booking on line it is automated and you only have to send your tokens in clearly marked with the provisional booking reference number which you will receive by email. Or if you telephone our booking team will confirm the availability of your boat for your requested dates and put your holiday on a provisional hold. We will take the serial number(s) of your Tesco Deal Tokens plus details of how you will be paying any balance of hire plus damage waiver, pet charge or extras.
You will be given, or emailed, a provisional booking reference number which must be written on each token and on your booking form
All of your Tesco Deal Tokens will be required at the time of booking
On receipt of a provisional booking reference, your tokens, booking form and cheque if applicable for any balance (with your booking reference number written on the reverse) must be sent to arrive with your boat operator within NO MORE THAN 6 WORKING DAYS.
Please note: We will only acknowledge receipt of your tokens if you have provided an email address on your booking form. If you have not supplied an email address please check with Royal Mail in the first instance to see if your special or recorded delivery has been delivered and signed for. Your confirmation paperwork will be sent to you as soon as we have received everything and it has been processed.
If your vouchers and booking form are not received within 6 working days, your booking may be cancelled and your vouchers returned to you. Please inform the Reservations Consultant that you are using Tesco Clubcard Deal Tokens to pay for all or part of your holiday so that they know how to manage your booking
Tesco Tokens can only be used for holidays taken in the main cruising season (Mid March to End October) and cannot be used for off season winter holiday bookings.
Please note: Bookings cannot be made before 1st January for holidays taken in that year.
Deal Token(s) may only be used by the Clubcard Holder (whose name is printed on the Tokens) However there can be more than one named Token per booking as long as that person(s) is travelling too. Tokens cannot be given as gifts.
Falkirk: Available for weekly hire and short breaks
Please note that Deal Tokens cannot be replaced, so we recommend that you send them to the boating company by Special Delivery.
You cannot add more Deal Tokens to your booking at a later date, so please enclose all your Deal Tokens for this booking. You will need to state the total value of Deal Tokens at the time of booking
After using your Clubcard Deal Tokens, any balance outstanding on your chosen holiday may be paid for by cheque, debit or credit card. Details of these will be taken at the time of booking.
On receipt of your Clubcard Deal Tokens and any outstanding remittance, your booking will be processed and confirmation of your holiday will be sent to you by post.
We hope you enjoy the Clubcard Deal you have chosen. However, if you would prefer to use your Clubcard Deal Token(s) for an alternative Deal, these Tokens can be used as full or part payment for any Deal which does not have the 'Buy in Full' logo next to it in the brochure but cannot be used for Avis car rental.
Deal Tokens can only be used towards the boat hire cost in the brochure; any extras must be paid for by cheque, debit or credit card.
Please note that your holiday must be booked within the 6-month validity period of the Token - the holiday does not have to be taken within this period.

Deal Tokens cannot be used to pay the deposit unless the entire holiday is paid for in Deal Tokens .
Once you have received your Deal Tokens, you must book your holiday at least 14 days prior to your intended departure date.
Deal Tokens are valid for 6 months and can be used as full or part-payment of the cost of your holiday. Deal Tokens can be used on new bookings only .
Deal Tokens cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and are valid against current brochure prices, which are subject to change.
You may use more than one Deal Token per booking. No change will be given if the value of Deal Tokens is greater than the cost of the holiday ; however, any shortfall can be made up with a cheque , debit or credit card at the time of booking.
It is very important that you check that your holiday insurance covers the loss of the value of your Clubcard Vouchers should you have to cancel. Most policies do not cover such a loss.
